Information for service users
Service users must wait for the rehabus at the agreed time and place.
Service users and accompanying persons must follow the instructions of the staff. Seat belts must be worn, and the wheelchair must be properly locked with the wheelchair fixing device.
In order to allow more people in need to use the service, this service encourages people who travel to similar places to ride together.
Please keep the compartment clean. Smoking and eating are strictly prohibited in the compartment. Those who want to spit or vomit should ask the staff for a vomiting bag.
There is no standing position in the carriage, and standing or walking is strictly prohibited while driving.
If there is a typhoon or rainstorm signal on the day of the pick-up, the staff will contact the service user and make contingency arrangements.
