"Cozinha Deliciosa" is a social enterprise project launched by Caritas Macau in late September 2021. Operating through a food and beverage establishment with a focus on health and environmental protection, it employs seniors aged 60 and above, providing a sustainable development platform and employment opportunities. This allows seniors to maintain stable employment and income after retirement, achieving the goals of "active aging" and practicing "active aging." Seniors participate in preparing ingredients, cooking, and customer service, providing delicious and nutritious dine-in or group dining services. The kitchen also facilitates interaction and collaboration between seniors and younger generations, allowing the life experiences and wisdom of the elderly to be passed on to the next generation, building an inclusive society. This project participated in the Social Welfare Bureau's "Co-creating Senior Citizens' Social Enterprise Subsidy Scheme."
