Introduction

We understand and sympathize with the concerns and worries that arise when there are elderly family members who need care, especially given today's busy lifestyles and various constraints that may prevent people from fully dedicating their time to providing proper care.

Therefore, "Linha da Vida Segura" hopes to accompany you through this important juncture, understand your needs, and dispatch caregivers to your home or designated location to provide services such as care, companionship, daily living assistance, and health care, ensuring that the elderly receive proper care and enjoy their twilight years, while also reducing the burden and fatigue on their families .

Types of Service

1. Accompanying and Caring:

Depending on the elderly person's condition, we can provide companionship services such as talking, taking walks, shopping, accompanying them to visit the doctor, measuring blood pressure, reminding them to take medication, reheating food, and helping with simple housework. If the elderly person is frail and has mobility difficulties, or is bedridden, we can also provide assistance with toileting, hygiene, and bathing services.

2. Health Care :

Services include wound management, ulcer care, stoma care, tube care, gastric tube feeding and peritoneal dialysis etc.

Targets

1. Elderly people who require care;

2. Elderly people who are frail or ill and have mobility difficulties or are bedridden.

Fee 

1. Accompanying and Caring

 Fee: MOP100 per hour, minimum 3 hours

2. Health Care

 Fee: MOP250 per hour

 Service hours are generally from 7:00 to 23:00. Additional charges will apply for service during other hours or on mandatory holidays.
